Clear Acrylic vs. Anti-Reflective Acrylic:

  • Both options provide 90%-92% protection against UV rays and offer a lightweight finish
  • Clear acrylic is reflective and can show a glare in direct sunlight, whereas anti-reflective acrylic helps to minimize any reflections

CUSTOM SIZING:

Custom sizing (20" x 30 – 54" x 80") is available for prints offered on the site. Please email guestservices@graymalin.com with the image & size requested for more details. We do not license our images for other parties to print.

Gift Orders:

We do not include a price nor an invoice within any of our shipments. We do offer gift notes to be included with orders at the time of checkout. Please enter the message you would like to include in the gift note field. Note that gift notes are not applicable to our acrylic trays and furniture. Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping services.

Packaging Care:

  • Unframed small prints are packaged in a clear sleeve with a backing board and inserted between two heavy-duty foam board panels and placed within a heavyweight mailer for full protection in transit.
  • Unframed medium/large prints are carefully rolled with kraft paper by our team of experts and placed in an extra thick, heavyweight tube for full protection in transit.

Gray Malin framing is provided by 3rd party framing partners. Our framing partner in Los Angeles, CA ships to the US, Canada, and most European countries.

Shipping - Domestic:

  • Note orders placed during a week of a bank holiday, will be delayed and processed within 2 business days from the following day.
  • Please note that if you place an order during a week of a U.S. bank holiday that shipment might be delayed slightly.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.
  • FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • If your order is less than $1000 the package will not require a signature. If your item is over $1000 your package WILL require a signature. Gray Malin prints and products (excludes trays) are returnable within 5 days of delivery. Funds will be credited in the form of a merchandise credit. Continental U.S. and Canada only,not applicable to Hawaii & International orders.

  • Return process must be initiated within 5 days of delivery by contacting Guest Services.
  • Products must be returned unopened, undamaged & in original packaging.
  • Framed & unframed prints must be returned undamaged & in original packaging.
  • Return shipping label will be provided by Guest Services. Shipping charges will be deducted from merchandise credit. Items must be return shipped within 48 hours of label receipt.
  • Prepaid return shipping labels will be provided by Guest Services. Shipping charges will be deducted from merchandise credit. Items must be shipped and returned within 48 hours of label receipt.
  • 30% restocking fee applies to all returned framed photography. Please note for all exchanges, only current promotions may be applied to new orders. Past promotions may not be applied.

All Gray Malin prints and products purchased through our independent and third party vendors are non-exchangeable and non-returnable through our site. Please refer to the independent and third party vendors terms and conditions for any issues with your order.

Any damaged or incorrect Gray Malin prints or products, purchased on our site, are eligible for a full replacement. We require all incorrect prints/products to be returned to our studio for replacement. Damaged prints must be destroyed prior to receiving a full replacement. On the day of your delivery, we ask that you fully inspect your shipping package and note any imperfections at that time of receipt so that it can be recorded on your order. For all damages, we must receive written notification as well as photo documentation of damages within 14 days of receiving the item. After 14 days, we will no longer be able to replace an item. For damaged or incorrect work, please send an email to guestservices@graymalin.com.

Only 1 promotion is applicable at a time and promotions cannot be combined. The designer/trade discount cannot be combined with current promotions. Past promotions will not be honored for any orders. Promotions are applied at checkout and cannot be adjusted or added after an order is placed. We only honor promotions for orders made 24 hours before the current offer. Please reply to your order confirmation and request a price adjustment. All sales are final.
